Having worked in the Real Estate industry as a REALTOR® and investor for over 10 years, I will be able to guide you through the Victoria BC property market. I have recently undergone extensive training to become a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). Being a CNE gives my clients the leverage and the upper hand against other agents when negotiating the price on a property.
Having lived in Victoria most of my life and having attended St. Michael's University School, UVIC, and eventually UBC for real estate, I not only have the area knowledge but also the education to assist you in making the right decision towards a successful sale or purchase of property.
